Decisions, Decisions
To go to a law school this year that I'm not crazy about or to reapply to the law schools I really want to go to... These are two questions that have been plaguing my mind these past few weeks.
On one hand, I want to get law school over and done with already so that I can start my career. In this sense, going to any law school (any decent law school that is) would seem like a very viable option. But then again, in this superficial day and age where the name of the school you graduate from is considered an indicator of your intelligence and potential worth at a law firm, going to an average law school might be a risky venture.
If I decide to reapply this year, I will also need to decide upon a job to occupy my time and mind. I am content at my current job but I have yet to bring up the topic of compensation with the CEO and Human Resources Manager. For sure I'm going to be wanting much more if my pay becomes salary-based. I can tell discussing my pay is going to be fun. It's going to be as sensitive as nipples are during a girl's time of the month.(so I've heard)
In the meantime, I need to prepare for the LSATs again (thought I'd never say, let alone type that sentence) and keep on working hard at the office.

Lawry's Rib
No I did not forget the "prime" before the rib. I went to Lawry's with Linda two weeks ago and it seems like the food wasn't as great as I remembered it to be. Strange because I used to love that place. Too bad the prime rib lost the prime somewhere during the past years. Good thing my company was good though. =D

Weekend recap decaf. Yeah right, go heavy on the caffeine for me! It was a three day birthday bash for Mr. Chester "da molester" Ng. Got to see so many old faces, including Jose on Saturday... Dayamn how my stomach and liver didn't miss that ugly old Mexicano.
