Upcoming Reality TV Shows
With so many new reality tv shows emerging, it's hard to keep track of what looks interesting and what looks utterly pointless. Fox has been known to host and air the most controversial and meaningless reality tv series and it seems like lines are being crossed and boundaries are being blatantly shattered every season. Two new shows, "Playing it Straight" and "The Swan" have recently caught my attention. I'm not sure if they are going to be worth watching, but I know people will be tuned in.
The Swan
Roughly 15 women (or ugly ducklings as they are described) get the chance to have a make-over. Now this isn't a Sally Jesse Raphael type of deal where they bring in make-up artists and fashion stylists. These 15 women are going to undergo major plastic surgery EVERYwhere, compliments of the show of course. At the end of the season, all the women will be contestants in a beauty pageant and only one woman will walk away with the title "The Swan." Get it? I'm not sure what the point of the competition is though. If all 15 women undergo plastic surgery from the same doctor, that's one thing. But if the women get surgically enhanced by different doctors, wouldn't the pageant be a contest about who the best plastic surgeon is? Hmmm... Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Playing it Straight
This show revolves around testing one's Gay-dar. A female contestant thinks she can differentiate between straight and gay guys. So she'll be dating and interacting with a medley of homos and hetero male cast members... It's an elimination process and the prize money depends on who the girl ends up with. If the last remaining cast member is straight, both he and the girl will share a million dollars. If, on the other hand, the final male turns out to be gay, then he gets the million dollars all for himself. With all that money at stake, I'm pretty sure America will be fooled by some of these guys.

Weekend Recap
Believe it or not, I was working three full-time work shifts this past weekend. I was helping out mi padre at his health food product booth at the Natural Health Foods Expo at the Anaheim Convention. Every industry has its own sub-culture and I got to experience the health industry culture... Interesting as it was, there is also a lot of back stabbing and corruption involved. I guess capitalism and cost efficiency have a strong hold in every sector. Anyway, just wanted to thank my boo for coming out half the day on Saturday and staying the whole day with me on Sunday. I know it must have been as stimulating as watching sloths have sex for you girl, but thanks a lot. I really do appreciate it. Those hours ticked by that much faster for me.

Book Review
Brotherhood of Betrayal by Randall Arthur
This book is actually the same novel as
Betrayal. Arthur writes impactful books about Christianity and God.
Brotherhood of Betrayal got a lot of positive reviews not only because of the underlying theme, but because it hits home with many people. From couples who are married to those who are lost in religious befuddlement, someone can take home at least one message or lesson. Although slow at first, the pace picked up and ended well. I recommend.
Movie Review
Starsky and Hutch
Just watch it, watch it. Do it. Do it. hahah. You're going to have to watch this flick to understand that. Bottom line- Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are friggin hillarious together. Add subtle humor to the formula with Snoop Dogg and Will Ferrell and you got one funny azz movie.

Eye Candy
Today's eye candy hails from Brighton, Sussex. She is probably one of the most well-known glamour models in the U.K. and Britain. Katie Price, or Jordan, got her exposure on Page Three (a national newspaper) and as being a Formula One Race girl. Here's the edible Jordan yall.
