Image Hosting Houdini

For some reason, my image hosting service, www.zeetec.net, decided to disappear and shut down without telling me... Not only did I have no chance to save or transfer my files to a different location, but my site ended up looking like a treasure map gone crazy. There were so many x's on the site I thought I was at some adult page. Anyway, I signed up for a new host and even got a domain name, www.juicydumplings.com. I initially was going to try to find all the previous pictures and repost them, but Sloth told me to just let things be.

What Did I See in NYC?

When I was walking around the Big Apple last weekend with Dzuy, I immediately thought of Japan. New York reminded me of Tokyo except for the fact that it's dirtier and has less eye candy. (Okay and there are less people with black hair too) There were definitely amusing sights I witnessed though, (from lunatics driving everywhere to a blind homeless man threatening everyone on the subway) but in terms of eye candy, let's just say there was no chocolate in the Godiva box.

Okay so maybe I'm exaggerating a little... But I REALLY didn't see too much out there. Granted, I was only there for the weekend and it was during the wintertime when people would rather stay indoors than go out, but even though we scoured the streets at night, walked from the Village to Soho, and visited three different clubs, I was pretty disappointed in the nightlife scene.

Now I wasn't in New York for the purpose of unwrapping eye candy. (I have a lickable sweet here in Cali) But I still wanted to see how the ladies would be over on the east coast. Even if you're involved with someone else, you can always evaluate and infiltrate. You just can't penetrate. hahaha. Pun aside, from the many stories I heard from my friends, I was expecting NYC to be a city full of craziness and beautiful people. Then I realized (after the trip mind you) that all the stories I heard were from my homeGIRLS... That's when everything clicked like two tight fitting lego pieces.

There are so many guys for one girl in the city that if you were a decent looking girl, you'd get a good amount of attention without a doubt. If you were an attractive girl however, you'd be getting so much attention that you'd be able to have the run of the house, or club for that matter. Sadly, if you were a guy, you probably wouldn't stand out much and you would merely join the endless waves of fellows doggy-paddling in the ocean. A good vivid analogy of the scene I observed is millions of sperm competing with one another to get to and fertilize that single egg. =P

In anycase, I went to NYC to see my friends Yumi, Jean, and Aerie. I also wanted to see Aaron and Yoree but they both couldn't meet up. What made the trip memorable in itself was being able to hang out with people I haven't seen in two to three years. Everyone went on an eating frenzy that weekend and Dzuy and I were well taken care of. From Grimaldi's thin crust pizza and the thick pan crust pizza of Two Boots to Nathan's Hotdogs and Vinero's Cheesecake, my stomach came numerous times. We also were able to taste pretty good Japanese and Chinese food, as well as a Brooklyn bagel Yumi kindly gave us right before we left for the airport on Sunday morning. Good food, good company, good trip.

Just like being stuck in an elevator when the power goes out, having fun on a trip really depends on who you're with. I'm glad I had Dzuy as my traveling buddy, as well as Yumi, Jean, Aerie, and Peter as our tour guides. It made the trip that much more worthwhile. Thanks to all! I think I need to go back when it's warmer to get another feel for New York. And even if the bunnies still insist on staying indoors during the springtime, I know I'll still have a good time with the people I plan to visit.

Today's eye candy is fitness freak a deek Trina Layne. I like toned girls. They're easier to swallow for the eyes. Enjoy.
